Our sweet boy, at 7 weeks old.

Mr.Riley, oh my goodness, we LOVE you SO much! When we had your sister, we had not yet experienced this kind of love, and we loved your sister more than we had even known was possible. And would we have thought it would be even remotely possible to love TWO people like that, no way. But do we? Oh my god, yes! 1 Week Sweet boy, it is amazing how we didn't even have you on December 29th, but on December 30th, just like that, you fit. You weren't just here and we were learning how to make our family of four fit, but you were here, and you already fit. Your sister already loved you, like we knew she would, and your Mommy and Daddy already don't know how we were without you. 3 Weeks   Darling, your Mommy was so worried about how our girl would react to you, at first, after a few weeks, after a couple of months, and I may continue to worry. But, now, at 7 weeks, she still ADORES you. She accepted you without a second thought, and we haven't looked back. Our bo...

Our 3 year old loves Christmas, and her new brother!

Sweet darling girl, the theme of my last three weeks has been love, love, and more love. Sweet girl, I didn't even get a chance to write about how amazing Christmas with a three year old you was before we added a fourth to our family and my free time was swallowed up! I will get to our Christmas with you in a minute, but first, what is on my mind is you, and how much I adore you. Sweet girl, for three WHOLE years, you were our WHOLE world, and you still are, except now our world (and our love) is also shared by your little brother, Riley. But for those three years, you were the center of our everything. Our happiness, our joy, our pride, and most importantly, our LOVE was all centered around you. Perhaps that is unhealthy, that our lives were not not centered around ourselves or around eachtoher, even a little bit more - but it was what it was, and what it was is you, and we wouldn't have had it another way.
